These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rid mobile application operated by Rid (doing business as Rid), located in California, United States. By using Rid you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rid. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
Rid offers paid subscription plans processed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
Rid offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Rid uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic to provide coaching responses. AI responses are for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or professional advice.
You retain ownership of content you upload including photos. By uploading content you grant Rid a license to display it within the app for your personal use.
You may not use Rid to advertise or sell goods or services, transfer your account to another person, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
All content, logos, trademarks, and visual design of Rid are the exclusive property of Rid and may not be used without permission.
Rid's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. Rid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any disputes will first be resolved through informal negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved disputes will proceed to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California under US law.
We may update these terms and will notify you by email. Continued use of Rid after changes constitutes acceptance.
